How to request an event

One cool part about this place is that you get to request your own event. Now we have a format or an application that we need you to fill out whenever you want to request a new event. PLEASE DO NOT SPAM the request thread with every new idea that comes into your mind. The community will decide if the idea is good enough and then it will go onto the next stage.

APPLICATION

Name of event: (Overall title)
Description of event: (Give a brief summary of the event)
Where is the event going to take place: (Airport or airports, destinations, etc...)
What time/date will the event take place: (Keep in mind of the time zones)
Promo Picture: (If the event gets accepted, this promo picture will appear on the events page. max size of 800px X 400px)
Requires Teamspeak: (Does the event need that people join Teamspeak?)
Does the event require a plane and/or scenery: ( list the add-ons needed and download links. If you need that the file gets uploaded here on fsimmers, PM an admin)
Flight plans, extra info: (be as detailed as you can here.)

If your event gets accepted, PM an admin for adding the event to the calendar and events page.
